Registration opens for the Hotel Leadership Conference at 11AM. Please ensure you have your tickets ready to hand to collect your lanyard and receive the relevant information for a successful two days at the conference. 

Lunch and refreshments will also be available throughout this period for all in attendance.

Kate Nicholls OBE MI joins us to give an update from UKHospitality, as well as sharing her take on the future trends for our industry based on the latest UKHospitality findings. Kate will also be giving her predictions for the short term, helping hotels prepare for the short term in regards to recent government policy changes.

You've likely heard of it - but what exactly is the metaverse and how can hotels take advantage of it?

In this metaverse focused presentation, Timothy Griffin SJS gives an overview on just what exactly the metaverse is, how it works and how the virtual world can benefit the real life world of the hotelier.

Delegates will also have the opportunity to try out our 360-degree video throughout the evening to capture special moments to help commemorate the event for all.

A cash bar will also be available after dinner for those wishing to continue to network.
